DFM products are manufactured to a higher density than other mineral wool slabs and provide improved Soundproofing acoustic control across a wide range of frequencies. Can help to reduce transmission of sound between floors and ceilings when using traditional plasterboard ceilings. Also helpful when needing to separate NoiseStop Soundproofing panels from wall structures. The bars are available in 3m lengths, 70mm wide by 15mm deep.

This excellent new product is at the forefront of sound reduction technology. Its multi-use, versatility and cost effectiveness make it usable by all. Good as a stand alone Soundproofing product the barrier shield offers very good sound reduction values. A high density mat, this flexible material can be used in any situation offering a sound proofing reduction similar to that of a sheet of lead, except it is far superior in terms of versatility, availability, cost and handling.
