About The Sound Solution

The Sound Solution was founded in 1994 to provide a service to home owners and businesses that required solutions to effectively reduce unwanted noise. Since then we have developed a range of products that are widely used across the UK, most of the products are manufactured and supplied from our Yorkshire base. We have a nationwide distribution network that deliver these products anywhere in the country.

Being one of the first soundproofing companies in the country has meant we have gathered knowledge and experience in the soundproofing and acoustic sector which means we are able to deal with most noise related problems. We have a team of advisers that will help with enquiries about products, provide quotations, and advice on which products to use and help with installation methods. We have developed this website to deliver help and advice on the most common aspects of soundproofing and acoustics, products can be bought either directly through the website using a secure online payment connection, or you can give us a call and speak to a human being. The website is updated on a regular basis with new products, how to soundproof guides and other useful information related to noise control and soundproofing.

We constantly aim to provide the best level of service and products to new and existing customers by reviewing our existing product range, ensuring they offer the best levels of performance. We also look at developing new products that can be add to our existing range to ensure we can offer solutions to match customer’s requirements.

How do I buy your materials?

Materials can be purchased through the website or over the phone with an adviser. All major debit and credit cards are accepted, cheques should be made payable to The Sound Solution, you can also pay via bank transfers, please contact us for the relevant details.

Once I have placed my order when will I get my products?

We aim to dispatch all orders within three days of an order being placed. We carry as much stock as possible in our warehouse so a majority of items are of the shelf and can be dispatched within 48-72hrs. A next day service is available, but you should give us a call and check the items can be dispatched with this service.

What are the delivery costs?

Costs vary depending on size, weight and quantity of the products ordered. We use two types of delivery methods a pallet delivery and a courier service. Pallets are for larger items and the courier service for smaller items. We aim to limit the delivery costs that we charge, if you require more information on the delivery costs please click here.

Can I buy materials cheaper than advertised on the website?

We can offer products at discounted rates for bulk orders and repeat customers. If you would like more information please contact us.
