Delivery information for soundproofing how and when will it be delivered

Delivery Lead Times

Delivery lead times can vary depending upon the material(s) ordered. We will endeavour to confirm a delivery day at the point of an order being placed. We will generally aim to provide you with a definite day of delivery. A timed delivery (£10) or a Saturday delivery(£25) can often be arranged at an additional cost please speak to our Sales Team to discuss these services when you place your order. Otherwise delivery times will be between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Please note that all deliveries must be signed for and any missing or damaged items must be recorded on receipt of delivery.

Online Orders

Orders placed online through the website before 3pm will be processed the same day, orders after this time will be processed the following day. We aim to dispatch orders between 3-5 working days from the order being processed. The specialised nature of certain soundproofing products means that if you are unsure and need the products urgently give us a call and we will see what we can arrange for you.

Delivery Method

We either deliver products on pallets for larger items and couriers for smaller items. We are able to deliver anywhere within the UK as well as International. For details on International deliveries please see below. For palletised products these are placed and wrapped on 4' x 4' or 8’ x 4’ pallets which are delivered as close to your property as possible. Please note that materials are not taken off the pallets by any of the drivers. Although the wrapping is designed to keep moisture out, we would not recommend leaving the products in the rain, as there is no guarantee they will stay dry. All deliveries will require a signature so you should ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
