situation offering a sound reduction similar to that of a sheet
of lead, except it is far superior in terms of versatility,
availability, cost and handling.

A compounded and processed mixture of thermoplastic organic polymers, phthalate
esters, mineral fillers, stabilizers and pigmentation.

Single Rubber Barrier Shield, is supplied in sheet form 1.2m
square, but various sizes are available on request (subject
to conditions.)
The
product has been used in roofs, walls, floors, portable toilets,
boat hulls, car floors, containers, wrapped around pipe work,

Storage
Storage areas should be well ventilated

Normal fire precaution measures should be taken although this material
is self extinguishing, at temperatures over
100ºC there can be gradual degradation of the polymers which
result in the evolution of acid fumes. The rate of
evolution increases with in increased temperature, and during combustion.
Breathing apparatus should be work by
fire-fighters.
