Regupol Kushin Pad is a combination of two BSW products:
Sub Layer - a 15mm layer of Regupol 6010SH, an elastic premanufactured mat made from selected tyre crumb rubber bound with polyurethane.
Top surface - layer a 10mm of Regupol Everline, an elastic floor covering containing rubber granules bound by means of polyurethane. |

Regupol Kushin Pad is primarily used as an impact insulation material for loading bays in retail premises, mail distribution facilities, etc. Regupol Kushin Pads are designed to greatly reduce the noise transmitted from vehicle tailgates and steel trolleys coming into direct contact with concrete/steel loading bays.
The Regupol Kushin Pad surface finish is suitable for pallet truck traffic and wheeled cages. Additional applications include gymnasium floors and fitness centres to reduce the transmission of impact sound to lower floors and can also be used as a very hard wearing floor finish for the walkways of ice/skating rinks. |

Regupol Kushin Pad is a high performance material that has been tested by National Design Consultancy (Test report reference 80050 dated 3/3/1999) with the following test results:

Impact Sound Insulation /\Lw - 24dB (measured in accordance with BS EN ISO 140-8:1988)*
*Building Regulations Approved Document E 2003 requirements - Minimum 17dB. Independent Test Certificate available on request. |
