Precision wedge levelling mounts
Precision, height adjustable, vibration damping machine mounts for accurate, efficient and economic machine installation.
Machines can be installed and accurately levelled without bolting down or grouting. Machine performance is improved through effective shock and vibration isolation and damping.
Typical applications include:
- Machine tools
- Rubber mills
- Printing machines
- Large injection moulding machines
Construction
Precision machined grade 250 cast iron three part screw driven wedges with anti-vibration pads bonded top and bottom.
Advantages:
- Large support area with accurate levelling through screw driven wedge system.
- High capacity to level under load.
- High friction grip and excellent seating on irregular surfaces.
- Machine installation without bolting down or grouting in.
