Crown Acoustic Joist Roll is a shot-free glass mineral wool unfaced roll which is lightweight, flexible, resilient and non-combustible. Crown Acoustic Joist Roll is available pre-cut in widths of 3x400mm. Crown Acoustic Joist Roll is specifically designed friction fitting between joists to improve the sound insulation of timber floors.
Standards
Crown Acoustic Joist Roll is a non-combustible inorganic glass wool, defined as mineral wool in BS 3533 and is manufactured in accordance with BSI Quality Assurance Standard BS EN ISO 9001: 2001
Fire Performance
Crown Acoustic Joist Roll is classified as non-combustible to BS 476: Part 4: 1970 (1984).
Permanence
Crown Acoustic Joist Roll is odourless, rot proof, non-hygroscopic, does not sustain vermin and will not encourage the growth of fungi, mould or bacteria.
