The thermal conductivity of Crown Loft Roll 40 is 0.040 W/mK.
Fire Performance
Crown Loft Roll is classified as Euroclass A1 to BS EN ISO 13501-1
Permanence
Crown Loft Roll is odourless, rot proof, non-hygroscopic, does not sustain vermin and will not encourage the growth of fungi, mould or bacteria.

Handling and Storage
Crown Loft Roll 40 is supplied in polythene packs. The Product Data tables show storage information for each thickness.
Application
Crown Loft Roll 40 is primarily used for the thermal insulation of pitched roofs at
ceiling level. However, it can also be used to thermally insulate floors and partitions, or wherever a lightweight mineral wool quilt is required.

When used to insulate at ceiling level it is usually laid in two layers, with the first
layer between the joists and the second layer at right angles to the joists.
