Fire Rating

Normal fire precaution measures should be taken although this material is self-extinguishing. At temperatures over 100°C there can be gradual degradation of the polymers which result in the evolution of acid fumes. The rate of evolution increases with in increased temperature, and during combustion. Breathing apparatus should be used by fire-fighters.
