Product Description

NoiseSonic E sound control matting is a flexible matting made of a three-dimensional filament structure, provided on one side with a non-woven filter fabric. The two components are thermally bonded together over the entire area. The three-dimensional structure is produced from polyamide 6 monofilaments, welded together where they cross. On one side the filter fabric extends 100mm beyond the edge of the filament structure.

Application

NoiseSonic E is used as sound control matting beneath ceramic tiles, marble, wood vinyl or carpet flooring in both wood frame and concrete slab constructions. Due to its thin cross-section (10mm) NoiseSonic E is ideal for both new constructions and retrofit. NoiseSonic E when applied correctly offers a better weighted reduction impact sound pressure level (ΔLw) than the required 17dB.
