Soundproofing Ceiling Solutions - Suitable for Domestic or Business Applications |
Noise Stop Systems - Sound Proofing Ceilings Solution Option 1 |
When you build an apartment, flat and house, you would have used standard building materials. These materials by themselves offer some degree of sound reduction. When noise level rises above ambient background noise, then you will start to feel the negative impact of the noise problem. The noise level mainly becomes worst on an evening when everyone is at home. You can treat and reduce the noise problem using our soundproofing products.
Noise nuisance problems arise from loud noises such as television sound, stereo music, shouting, kids playing, dogs barking, baby crying, couples arguing, impact noise on the floor above, musical instrument practice and running footstep on the stairs.
When you are experiencing any one of these problems, we often recommend that you treat the floor above, because this is the most effective method but in circumstances where you do not have access to the floor above (un-corporative neighbour of not on speaking terms) the only option is to treat the ceiling directly.
We supply a range of products such as Sound Breaker Bars, Dense Fibre Matting and Noise Stop Ceiling Board, that when used together as a system offers the best sound reduction. You can install our ceiling systems directly to your existing ceiling if height is not an issue or remove existing ceiling and then install the system (full install instruction below).
We have three different ceiling soundproofing systems that offer several levels of reductions and budget. One of our Technical Specialist will be happy to talk with you and provide the right soundproofing solution.
Below is a list of recommend products and materials that are compliant with Building Regulations Approved Document E (2003) and offers the greatest sound reduction.
