Noisestop Systems use two methods to deliver goods, a pallet delivery service and a courier delivery. Depending on the items purchased and the quantity will determine the method of delivery used. A majority of orders are dispatched on pallets as the materials are often large and heavy. These deliveries are made by a third party pallet network distribution company. Smaller items that can be couriered are sent with Parcelforce.

If you have any special delivery requirements, or know of any reason why it may be difficult to deliver to your area please let us know as early as possible so we can try to help. This could include parking restrictions or access to the address.

Delivery costs

A majority of our products are delivered on a pallet due to the size and weight of the materials. We charge a standard rate of £33+VAT for pallet deliveries. Free delivery is applied for orders over £750 before VAT. Orders for small quantities such as sealants will be delivered by a courier for a standard charge of £20+VAT.

Returning Goods

If goods need to be returned because they are faulty or damaged this must be recorded when they are delivered. This will ensure we can arrange replacements as quickly as possible if they are needed. We are happy to accept goods that are not needed due to over oredring, returns will be charged at the cost of arranging the collection with the pallet company, this will be confirmed at the point of arranging the return. Delivery dates

Delivery dates can be confirmed at the point of ordering if you have ordered directly through the sales team. If you are ordering online we will contact you once the order is processed to confirm the delivery date.

Accepting deliveries

When your goods arrive they will be dropped at the kerbside of the delivery address if access is possible. It is important that somebody is at the address to sign for and accept the delivery. It is important to note any problems with the delivery at this point, damages or shortages can only be rectified if you have signed the delivery as damaged or short.

Deliveries can be left at the address unsigned, but this will be at your own risk.

Will the driver carry the goods in?

Unfortunately the drivers will not unload individual items from the pallets. They are required to unload the pallet from the vehicle and leave it as near to the property as possible. They will not carry goods into your property. You should ensure you have somebody to carry the goods in for you if you are unable to manage yourself.

Are the pallets protected?

When goods are stacked onto a pallet they are covered with plastic sheeting and wrapped in a film to protect them from the weather while they are in transit. If you are planning on storing the materials outside you should make arrangements for additional protection against any adverse weather conditions.
