Each 25kg bag covers approximately five Noisestop 2 Panels, making it a cost-effective and efficient choice for medium to large wall soundproofing projects.

Plasterboard Adhesive for Noisestop 2 Panels – 25kg Bag
Plasterboard adhesive is used to securely bond Noisestop 2 Panels to solid masonry walls and over existing plastered surfaces. This high-strength adhesive ensures a firm and long-lasting fix, making it the ideal choice for direct-to-wall acoustic panel installation.

Coverage: One 25kg bag of plasterboard adhesive will bond approximately five Noisestop 2 Panels.
For best results, apply to clean, dust-free surfaces and follow standard installation guidelines.

- Setting time 90 minutes
Mix the adhesive in a bucket with water until it is thick and creamy. Check this by placing some of the mix onto a trowel; if it is still runny, add more adhesive to thicken it until stiff.
You can then ‘dab’ the adhesive onto the wall using a trowel. The size of dabs should be about the size of a fist and about 12 inches apart. For the direct-to-wall panels, such as the Noisestop 2 panel, you should have approximately 9 dabs per board.
Once the wall has been dabbed, you can apply the panel to it, ensuring you leave a small gap from the floor, wall, or ceiling that you can later fill with an acoustic sealant.
Due to the nature of our materials, most orders are delivered on pallets.
Each order is securely wrapped and palletised to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and goods will be dropped as close to the property as possible. Please note, drivers are unable to carry items indoors.
Palletised deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £60 + VAT, regardless of how many pallets are required. Smaller orders under 20kg are sent via courier at £20 + VAT.
We hold high stock levels and aim to deliver within 3–4 working days. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation of the expected delivery date. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods.
