Smart Tack Spray Adhesive 500ml

We recommend using approximately one tin per five boards at 1200m x 1200mm.

For best results, apply to both surfaces. Always apply to the laminate first and spray one surface horizontally and vertically. Set the spray bandwidth by turning the nozzle to H (high), M(medium), or L(low) positions, depending on the width of the glue band required. Spray at a distance of approximately 15cm (6 inches) from the substrate. Apply an even coat, ensuring 80-100% coverage.

Avoid localized spraying, as this will allow the adhesive to puddle, which can cause unevenness and “show” through, blistering or peeling. One coat is normally sufficient per side for non-porous substrates. A second coat is recommended on porous substrates. Allow the adhesive to tack up and protect from contamination (dust, etc.) while this happens.

Smart Tack is normally ready for bonding within 3-5 minutes at 20°C/50% relative humidity and may be left open for up to 2 hours before bonding. Ensure there are no wet patches of adhesive remaining before bonding.

Due to the nature of our materials, most orders are delivered on pallets. Each order is securely wrapped and palletised to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and goods will be dropped as close to the property as possible. Please note, drivers are unable to carry items indoors.

Palletised deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £60 + VAT, regardless of how many pallets are required. Smaller orders under 20kg are sent via courier at £20 + VAT.

We hold high stock levels and aim to deliver within 3–4 working days. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation of the expected delivery date. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods.
