Our 9mm moisture-resistant MDF sheets feature interlocking tongue-and-groove (T&G) edges, making them ideal for use as overlay boards on top of soundproof underlays. Perfect for creating a stable, durable base before installing carpet, laminate, or engineered wood flooring. They provide a smooth surface that enhances both acoustic performance and finish quality.
Although commonly used in flooring systems, these MDF panelling sheets can also support wall and ceiling applications where moisture resistance and stability are key. Easy to install and DIY-friendly, they’re suitable for domestic and light commercial soundproofing projects.

Moisture-Resistant T&G MDF Sheets for Acoustic Flooring Systems
These moisture-resistant MDF sheets are the ideal overlay solution for use on top of acoustic matting, providing a smooth, stable base for engineered, laminate, and vinyl flooring. Designed with precision-cut tongue and groove (T&G) edges, they ensure a secure, interlocking fit that minimises movement and enhances floor durability.
Manufactured from high-quality MDF panelling sheets, each board features a distinctive green-tinted core, indicating its moisture-resistant properties—perfect for interior applications in humid areas such as bathrooms.
For best results, lay the MDF boards in a brick bond pattern, securing the joints with PVA glue. Fix the boards to your acoustic underlay mats using Isobond adhesive to create a robust, acoustically enhanced flooring structure.
These MDF wall panelling sheets also suit vertical installations where moisture resistance and strength are required, making them a versatile option for modern building projects.

Due to the nature of our materials, most orders are delivered on pallets.
Each order is securely wrapped and palletised to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and goods will be dropped as close to the property as possible. Please note, drivers are unable to carry items indoors.
Palletised deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £60 + VAT, regardless of how many pallets are required. Smaller orders under 20kg are sent via courier at £20 + VAT.
We hold high stock levels and aim to deliver within 3–4 working days. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation of the expected delivery date. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods.
